BrasPine Madeiras

BrasPine is a company in the timber sector in the south of Brazil that work in pine wood processing since 1997, producing high quality products for the construction industry (mouldings). In 2021 BrasPine started to produce wood pellets using exclusively the by-products generated in the wood processing production, guaranteeing availability of material for production and the forest resources sustainability.

The Braspine Maideras project was the first one for BiomassConsult in Brazil. Braspine Maideras approuched the preparations to SBP very professionally. The cooperation was pleasant and succesfull. Our colleague from Portugal was the main consultant on this project and assisted the pellet producer in the mother tongue. We look forward to cooperating again with Braspine Maideras. We have discussed strategic cooperation to boost certification at pellet producers in the South-East of Brazil.
